Ready to submit an order! After clicking the "order form" link, you may choose either to proceed with or without logging in. Logging in to our system is not required! By using the login system you will be able to view the status of your order, view your order history and enter reorders of previous jobs.
NOTE: Orders submitted while not logged in will not be saved to your account history!
To login to our system you must create an account. Information gathered during the signup process is used to speed your order entry process by prepopulating both the billing and shipping information feilds. These feilds may be changed during the order process.
We do not store Credit Card information for security reasons.

You may decide whether to mail your artwork and payment or upload the PDF or EPS files to our server and pay with your credit card. In both cases a printable page will be provided for your records.

COPY: All sheets print alike; body copy must be the same.

PAPER: 20-pound Bond - Available in White, Canary, Pink, Green, Goldenrod, Cream, Blue and Tan.

ARTWORK: Must be supplied by 1) up-loading PDF or EPS files to our server, 2) negative film, or 3) black and white, clean, camera-ready hard copy.

SCREENS: We strongly suggest furnishing electronic art or film negatives on forms with screens. We will not assume responsibility for reproduction of screens on camera ready art.

BACK PRINTING: All sheets must print alike; copy must be the same. Indicate on artwork if back should be screened, and at what screen percentage.

INK: Black and reflex blue is free, for the single or first ink choice. Six additional inks are also available: PMS 185 Red, PMS 201 Maroon, Pantone Purple, PMS 347 Green, Process Blue, and PMS 469 Brown. Second and custom colors are also available.

GLUE EDGE: Indicate which side of pad is to be glued. Top is standard. If no preference is marked, pads will be glued on the top edge.

WRAPPING: Pads are loose-packed, unless shrink-wrapping is requested.

TURNAROUND: Allow five working days on most pads.

SHIPPING: Prices include all shipping charges via UPS Ground in the continental United States. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when an e-mail address is provided.

RUSH DELIVERY: Available if selected.

PAYMENT: Pay on-line with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

REORDERS: Artwork will be kept on file for two years. Please refer to confirmation number and original order date for faster service.
